It's not possible to join UVCE (University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering) without a government seat. UVCE is a government college, and it does not have a management quota or direct admission process for undergraduate engineering programs. All admissions are strictly based on merit and are conducted through the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) based on the KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) ranks.
Since there are no non-government or management seats, the fee structure is standardized for all admitted students. For the B.E. program, the total fee for the entire four-year course is approximately rs 1.98 Lakhs. This fee is significantly lower than private colleges because it is a government institution.
The fees are paid to the KEA during the counselling process, and you receive an admission order to submit to the college. No additional fees for admission are to be paid directly to UVCE. The college website and admission process clearly state that all seats are allotted by the KEA and are based on merit.
After passing 12th, you need to prepare for exams like IBPS to get into the banking sector.

After 12th, you can start preparing for the exams along with pursuing the Bachelor's degree.
The nmms 2025 is already open and probably closes around august last , for detailed information you can check out the official site of scholarship.gov (//scholarship.gov) .in there you can find out the detailed and exact information about your particular state or college for the same .
You asked, “2025 NMMS ka main form kab se bharega?” —Here’s a detailed update with approximate dates and how to stay prepared:
The NMMS 2025–26 application on the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) usually starts in July 2025 and remains open until August 31, 2025.
According to Buddy4Study, the scholarship scheme opens from June 2, 2025, with applications accepted until August 31, 2025. (https://www.buddy4study.com/article/nmms?utm_source=chatgpt.com)
The national-level start does not guarantee uniform state timelines. Each State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) publishes its own schedule.
States like Assam, UP, Odisha, Manipur, West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh, etc., began their application windows between July and August 2025.
Many other states (including Kerala) are expected to release the form in July or August, with deadlines between September and October 2025, or even later in some cases. (https://www.pw.live/state-prep/exams/nmms-application-form-2025-26?utm_source=chatgpt.com)
Keep an eye on NSP—the main portal opens in July 2025, and you must complete your One-Time Registration (OTR) first.
Visit your state’s SCERT portal where NMMS is administered—each state announces its specific timeline and mode of applying.
Gather required documents (Class 7 marksheet, income certificate, caste certificate, etc.) in preparation.
Submit before deadlines —e.g., August 31 for national, and respective state-wise cut-offs.
NSP (National-level): Application window typically July – August 31, 2025.
SCERT Kerala (and others): Expect forms to open July–August 2025, with varying closing dates — check the Kerala SCERT portal for specific updates.
Stay proactive: Watch the NSP and your state’s SCERT website for the official activation of the application link.
Hope this helps!
