Yes, girls can join military training after Class 11 through:

1. NCC (National Cadet Corps): Basic Army/Navy/Air training in schools or colleges.

2. Sainik/Military Schools: Some now admit girls with full military-style training.

After 12th, you can apply for NDA to join the Indian Armed Forces.
