Shubham Jha 13th Jun, 2025

Dear student,

With a 23,000 rank in AP EAPCET 2025 , you still have some good engineering college options —especially in private and semi-government institutions . While top branches in top-tier government colleges may be slightly out of reach, several solid colleges are within your range.

Top Colleges You Can Target

  • RVR & JC College of Engineering, Guntur – around 23,800

  • Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology (VVIT), Guntur – around 23,200

  • MVGR College of Engineering, Vizianagaram – around 24,500

  • Aditya Engineering College, Peddapuram – up to 24,500

  • Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Tirupati – ~22,800

  • Pragati Engineering College, Peddapuram – ~21,900

  • Vignan’s Institute of Information Technology, Vizag – ~21,500

You also might get less competitive branches (like Civil, Mechanical, or EEE) at:

  • JNTUK Kakinada

  • JNTUA Anantapur

  • AU College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam

my rank is below than the cutoff, so if i filled a higher cutoff branch which is fairly near my rank, so in college choice filling is there a chance to get that branch.

Ayan Chakraborty 12th Jun, 2025

Hey, I get it—seeing your rank fall below the cutoff can be tough, especially when you’ve applied for a branch that’s just a bit higher. But don’t worry, there’s still a path forward. With AP EAPCET 2025, the process doesn’t end after the initial rounds, and your rank being fairly close to the cutoff gives you a fighting chance.

After the main counseling rounds (usually at least three), there’s a spot admission round where vacant seats are filled. This is your opportunity, especially since your chosen branch’s cutoff is near your rank. While it depends on how many seats remain and other applicants, it’s worth staying hopeful. Keep an eye on the official website (https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/EAPCET) for updates on dates and procedures.

Make sure to check the counseling schedule regularly and be ready to act fast when spot admissions open. You can also consider other branches or colleges where your rank might fit better, but since you’re focused on this branch, prioritize the spot round. If needed, reach out to the counseling helpline for clarity. Stay proactive, and you might just land that seat!

Cut off rank for kakinada jntu in EAMCET 2025 in bc category

Kishan Bhakat 12th Jun, 2025

hi,

If you are from the BC category and looking for admission to JNTU Kakinada through EAMCET 2025, you have a good chance if your rank is within 3,000 to 4,000 for popular branches like Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Computer Science (CSE). In previous years, BC category students with ranks up to around 3,500–4,000 have got seats in ECE at JNTU Kakinada.

your rank is under 3,000, your chances are really good, especially in the early counselling rounds. Even if your rank is a little above that, you can still try in later rounds because sometimes seats are available

My self Masuda. I have passed my 12th with 73.17% and wanna do BCA. Is BCA available?? What is fees structure?

Samriddha Pal 12th Jun, 2025

Hello Masuda,

Congratulations on completing your 12th with a good score of 73.17 percent, that’s a great achievement. Yes, BCA is widely available across many colleges and universities in India, especially for students from various academic backgrounds. Since you have passed 12th, you are eligible to apply for BCA even if you didn’t have Mathematics, although a few colleges may prefer it.

For instance, top universities like Delhi University, Christ University, Jamia Hamdard, and IPU offer excellent BCA programs. In terms of fees, it varies. Government colleges may charge around Rs 10000 to Rs 30000 per year, while private colleges may range between Rs 50000 to Rs 1.5 lakhs per year, depending on location and facilities.

Hope this helps. All the best!

Aryan 12th Jun, 2025

Hi Masuda,

Yes, you can definitely opt for BCA course with 73% marks in 12th class. BCA is offered by private or semi-government colleges in India and each university or college has it's own fees structure as well as qualifications for the course.

Generally, they most basic requirement is having Maths, I.P or Computer Science subject in your 12th class.

Talking about fees structure in a good BCA institute is costs around INR 60,000 to INR 85,000 per semester (there are total of 6 semesters) , there are also colleges with fees per semester ranging from INR 40,000 to 55,000. You may specify your target college for more info or their official would also help you. Let me know if you have any other doubt.

GOOD LUCK!

i got 36505 rank in eapcet what would be the fee for sc girls for pharm d course in Anurag university

Samriddha Pal 12th Jun, 2025

Hello,

With a rank of 36505 in the AP EAPCET 2025 and belonging to the SC category, you have a fair chance of securing a seat in the Pharm.D course at Anurag University.

The annual tuition fee for the Pharm.D course at Anurag University is typically around Rs 68000 to Rs 80000 per year, but for SC girl candidates, substantial fee reimbursement and scholarships are usually available through the Telangana State Government's social welfare schemes.

If you meet the eligibility criteria for fee reimbursement, your tuition fees could be fully or partially covered, leaving you to pay only a minimal amount for miscellaneous charges.

Hope this helps. All the best!

Can I get admission in pes through kcet rank of 3415

Anushree Thakare 13th Jun, 2025

Hello,

With a KCET rank of 3415, you might have a chance of getting into PES University, but it depends on the specific branch and campus you're applying for.

Cutoff ranks vary considerably between different B.Tech programs at PES University. For example, Computer Science (CSE) generally has a higher cutoff than Electrical Engineering (EE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME) .

A general merit cutoff for most branches at PES University's Ring Road campus is typically between 4000-4500 for Electrical Engineering , and around 4000-5000 for Biotechnology .

To determine your chances, consider:

  • Branch Preference : Your desired B.Tech program significantly impacts your chances.
  • Campus Preference : The campus you're targeting will influence the cutoff.
  • Past Cutoff Data : Refer to previous years' KCET cutoffs for PES University, which can be found on various engineering education websites.
  • Consultation with Experts : If you are unsure, it's best to consult with PES University admissions officials or someone familiar with KCET counseling procedures.

Thank you!!
