1. NIT Andhra Pradesh EEE: This will lead to good core and IT related opportunities as well as opportunities as an engineer in government exams and various core companies and coding roles.
2. NIT Raipur Chemical: Chemical has few core jobs and most students switch to IT. This is somewhat less flexible than EEE.
3. IIIT Kancheepuram Mechanical (Dual Degree): Although a dual degree will provide more research exposure, mechanical engineering has fewer core jobs. Placements are improving but still evolving.

For a direct job after 12th, you can go for SSC CHSL if you are aiming for government job.

For a direct job after 10th, you can go for SSC MTS if you are aiming for government job.

Private jobs are skill based and generally require graduation. But you can get jobs like watchmen, clerk etc after 10th or 12th in private institutions also.

Yes, in majority of the colleges the admission process (counselling) is going on. Some has even finished and while some have not even started but in majority of the colleges counselling is going on.

Yes, PhD course is available at the Munna Lal Girls College in Saharanpur and you can take admission into it after qualifying your B.A degree. Unfortunately, the fees of PhD course is NOT mentioned at the official website of the college but on an estimate there should be minimum of INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 per year fees.

And there is also no contact info available on the website of the college.
