I want to become a civil servant, so which department would be best to get success in my ambition?

Shilu Singha 20th May, 2024

Hello!

You can choose any department of your choice to become a civil servant. It depends on your interest. It is always better to choose the subjects that you are interested in so that you can perform well in the civil services examination. If you choose a subject just because you heard someone say it is scoring without really liking the subject, then you won't be able to perform well in the examination. I would suggest you to choose a department based on your liking and comfort.

Hope this information will be helpful. Thank you.

I get 66% in board can I get neet ug 2025

Tanya Gupta 15th May, 2024

Hello,

The minimum eligibility criteria for general category candidates need at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology combined. If you're from SC/ST/OBC-NCL categories, the minimum requirement is 40%. While your percentage meets the minimum eligibility, keep in mind that NEET is a competitive exam, and admission depends on ranks and scores.

Hope that helps,

Thank you

What is the hostel fee for boys here.?

Tanya Gupta 15th May, 2024

Hello,

Regarding the hostel fees, they vary significantly between colleges. Generally speaking, the fees for both boys' and girls' hostels differ depending on the institution.

If you're asking about a specific college, note that the fees can differ between private and government institutions. For government colleges, the fees might range from 20,000 to 40,000 INR per year, excluding mess charges. In contrast, private colleges can charge several lakhs per year.

Additionally, there may be fee concessions available for students from minority communities who meet certain eligibility criteria, such as a minimum family income level.

I hope this gives you a general idea of the costs involved.

hope this helps,

Thank you

Tanya Gupta 15th May, 2024

Hello,

Candidates are not permitted to choose any new subjects for the Improvement Exam; they can only select the subjects they had previously appeared in during their original exams. The Improvement Exam is restricted to the five main subjects, meaning students can only retake these core subjects to improve their scores. No additional or elective subjects can be included in this process.

I got 84.6% in cbse science stream. Will i get admission in sme collage (2023-24 )

Shilu Singha 15th May, 2024

Hello!

The eligibility criteria for the courses differ, it would have been better if you had mentioned the course you want to study. However, the eligibility criteria for B.Sc., B. Pharma and BPT is class 12 or equivalent with Botany/Zoology, Physics, Chemistry and other optional subjects from a recognised board with 50% marks and 45% marks for reserved categories.

As you have secured 84.6% in your higher secondary examination, you are eligible for the courses mentioned above in SME College.
