I have completed my bca from IGNOU . I have received a consolidated marksheet and provisional certificate. Will there be any problem during ssc cgl document verification The consolidated marksheet consists of all subjects semester wise their assignments marks theory/ practical marks year and month.

Sonakshi Kumari 24th Jun, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

No, there won’t be any problem during SSC CGL document verification if you have:

Consolidated Marksheet (showing all semester-wise subjects and marks)

Provisional Degree Certificate

These are accepted for verification, especially if your final degree certificate is yet to be issued by IGNOU. Many universities, including IGNOU, issue provisional certificates until the original degree is awarded at convocation.

All the best for your SSC CGL journey.

Sir, my name is Tabish Hamid. I had PCB in my 12th and I am now considering a career in A.i as a backup option. My main plan is to prepare for the Sub-Inspector exam, but in case I am not able to clear it, I want to make sure that I will still have good job opportunities in the BCA field. I am planning to pursue a B.Sc in A.i and may go for a PhD later on. Could you please guide me on whether this field offers job security and strong career prospects? I want to choose a path that is stable and has growth potential. Also, is the counselling process physical or online? Your guidance would be truly helpful.

Prachi Kumari 24th Jun, 2025

Hello,

Yes, you can definitely go for B.Sc in Artificial Intelligence even if you had PCB in 12th, as many colleges allow this if you meet the basic eligibility. It’s good that you are thinking about a backup career.

Artificial Intelligence is a growing field with a lot of demand in the future. After completing your B.Sc in A.I, you can get jobs in areas like data analysis, machine learning, automation, etc. If you later go for a Master’s or PhD, your chances of getting better jobs or research roles will increase. So yes, it has good career scope and growth.

Job security depends on your skills and how much you keep learning. A.I is changing fast, so you need to stay updated. If you are serious about it and build your skills properly, it can be a stable and good field.

As for the counselling process, it depends on the college or university. Some do it online and some offline. You’ll have to check with the specific institute where you are applying.

All the best for your Sub-Inspector preparation and future plans!

Sonakshi Kumari 24th Jun, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

With a PGCET MCA score of 49 and belonging to the 2A category (OBC), you have moderate chances of getting admission in good government or aided private colleges in Karnataka, depending on the cutoff trends of the current year.

Names of College-

NIE Mysore

Siddaganga Institute of Technology (SIT), Tumkur

MSRIT (MS Ramaiah), Bengaluru

Private colleges like CMRIT, Dayananda Sagar, BNMIT

Participate actively in PGCET counseling. Keep both government-aided and reputed private colleges in your preference list. You might get decent private colleges in Bengaluru, Mysuru, or Tumkur .

All the best.

I have got E&TC in SIT Pune .ECE in MIT WPUPune .In VIT Pune management quota giving CS.Which college is better for all placement as well as all holistic developement

Ayush Madanpotra 25th Jun, 2025

You have three options: SIT Pune (Electronics and Telecommunication), MIT-WPU Pune (Electronics and Communication), and VIT Pune (Computer Science through management quota).

If your main goal is good placement and overall personality development, then VIT Pune is the best choice. It offers strong placements in software and IT companies. Even if you are joining through management quota, you will get the same placement chances as other students.

MIT-WPU Pune is also good. It has a modern campus and helps students build communication and soft skills. But placements in the core ECE field are less. Most students go for IT jobs.

SIT Pune is fine too, but it has fewer placement opportunities compared to the other two colleges. It is better if you do not get the other options.

So, if you want a career in software and good placements, go with VIT Pune. If you prefer a balanced college life with decent placements, MIT-WPU is a good option.

I got 91.68 percentile in MHT CET PCB, I am from SC category can I get admission in ICT Mumbai ?

Shubham Jha 23rd Jun, 2025

Dear student,

With a 91.68 percentile in MHT CET PCB and SC category, getting admission into ICT Mumbai for B.Pharm is difficult. The SC category cut-off at ICT usually stays around 95 to 97 percentile, so your score is slightly below the typical requirement. However, there’s still a small chance in later CAP rounds if cut-offs drop. Meanwhile, keep ICT as your preference but also apply to other good pharmacy colleges in Maharashtra where SC cut-offs are lower, like Poona College of Pharmacy or AISSMS. Keep checking the CAP updates and be ready with backup options.
