No category rank mentioned in JEE-Main is different from OJEE rank, in fact both the examinations are very different. OJEE is conducted for admission to engineering colleges of Odisha only but through JEE-Main one can get almost any engineering college across India.

Yes, definately you can get a job in IT sector if you don't have Maths in 10+2 because BCA is a three year Professional Degree Course. If your college allows you to take admission in BCA without having  maths in 10+2 then no problem you can definately get
