Manipal entrance examination full marks is 240. So the good score of this examination is 105 to 110. You get 54 it's not a very good marks. You have to try for admission. So it's quite difficult to getting admission. But you have to choose the stream of Manipal

If you're talking about Psychology honors, then let me tell you that IP University does not offer this course. You can try in DU,  JMI or any private university for your under graduate. Although IP University does offer M.Phil in Clinical Psychology you must confused yourself with it
