Unfortunately IISER only provides dual degree BS-MS and you can only go for Phd through different examinations like CSIR-UGC NET/ JEST/ NBHM/GATE/ JGEEBILS/ INSPIRE Ph.D. Scholarship.
So you can apply for GATE after your MS to get admission in this college.

I really think it is not possible to pursue b.tech in civil engineering after completing diploma course in computer engineering. to become eligible for b.tech in civil engineering through lateral entry admission test you have to complete three years diploma in civil engineering course from a recognized university

You can give examination of CDS to get a position in Indian Navy, the eligibility age for indian Navy is 19-24, while for Airforce academy it's 19-23.
You can also get job in officers training academy at the age of 19-25.

see university of hyderabad offers 2 years m.sc program on microbiology or phd course of biotechnology. candidates must have to full fill the eligibility criteria prescribed in official brochure. however from the end of the university there is no specific syllabus released for entrance test. however you may follow
