For Jharkhand state quota, you must have a valid Jharkhand domicile certificate .
But in some years, Jharkhand also asks that the student must have passed Class 10 or Class 12 from a school in Jharkhand . Because of this, students who studied both 10th and 12th outside the state sometimes face rejection during counselling.

So your case is possible, but it depends on the current year’s JCECEB counselling rules . Some years they accept domicile alone, and some years they ask for schooling inside Jharkhand.

You should check the latest JCECEB NEET UG counselling brochure or contact JCECEB to confirm whether outside schooling is allowed this year.
