I am not sure if you can get admission in JIMS Kalkaji is first round of counselling but in subsequent rounds you can definitely get admission and you can also check the past year cut off for the college from the GGSSIPU website.
MET is conducted only once per year and Manipal University has successfully conducted the exam, a home based rest this time, from August 1 to 12 so it won't be conducted again.
