Each kidney contains about 1 million nephrons so if 1 nephron makes 0.000063ml then 1 million makes 63 ml of urine .
Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is the amount of urine formed by both the kidneys in 1 min i.e by 2 million nephrons
so the GFR is 126 ml /min as per the values given
