1 year student sc category want to change clg to repeat again in another clg of engineeer ...can i do this...if do...then clg give me my tc

Yes, definitely it's possible but you need to pay the 4 years fee to cover the college and after paying the fee only, you will get the certificates.

HELLO DINESH ! i am currently studying in government university engineering 1st year i want to change my college . you mentioned in the above that we must pay all the 4 year fee is it also for government college?
