I would like to tell you your 10th marks doesn't matter at all , it is just a proof of your birth date. Yes, your 12th is really important as you would be taking up economics honours as your future path. So, you will be admitted in the colleges on the basis of your 12th exams.
As per the cut offs in DU and in colleges like hansraj,hindu your percentage should be atleast 96-97 in your 12th as the cut offs are very high for these type of colleges.
