Hello Gujji pavani,
It is difficult to tell the marks for the 10 percentile and also it is going to depend on the number of students wrote the exam and the difficult level of the exam .By using this cut-off marks are going to fixed and depending on the pass percentile ,the percentile for the each mark is going to be calculated for the exam.
