10th-85, 12th- 84, graduation bcom- 63 CAT- 65 percentile, CMAT - 86 percentile....for which government college for mba am i eligible..?

Your profile is decent, but given your percentile in CAT, it seems difficult that you will be shortlisted by a government college, as the cutoffs for the same are at the higher side.
Moreover, You require minimum sectional percentiles also to get a shortlist from such colleges.
Nevertheless, you have a good percentile in CMAT, which can fetch you a call for PGDM programs of some decent MBA colleges, provided you apply to those colleges.
Some colleges you can apply for are Welingker Mumbai, N L Dalmia, SIES, NIBM Pune, NIA Pune, IMT nagpur
