There is no such limit as to how much percentage you should achieve.You must pass your 10th exams for sitting in +1 .There are some colleges which provide admission on the basis of marks in 10th.The minimum percentage you should achieve in 10th is 50% for the further entrance exams in future.
If you are asking for the percentage for eligibility in some particular exam or college, then please mention that for better response.
