You can follow the given steps to make corrections in your 12 marksheet .
1. Students may visit to their school and download the correction performa.
2. From school you need to collect the admission form which was filled in by your parents at the time of admission.
3. Fill the complete correction form.
4. Attach the correction fee demand draft or pay slip at the fee counter.
5. Also attach the documents which shows the correct information of the students.
6. The board will match the details after verification of the original record.
7. After verification correction will be done by the officials of CBSE .
