Hello shiv chand hope you are doing well.here I am listing down the steps.please follow them.
Go to the Digilocker CBSE MarkSheet Download website or click on the link (https://digilocker.gov.in/), click on signup, here enter your mobile number and click on sent OTP. Enter the OTP and go to the profile page. Sync the Aadhaar card with digilocker, it will show up your Aadhaar profile.
