10th=67%,inter=54% three years I have studied inter due to backlog,and degree= 62%, what type of colleges I'll get if i do mba through Mat

You can get into average to top colleges through MAT as it depends upon the percentile you get.
Fortunately the focus is not much on past academic records therefore you can aim at a good scoring percentile and later selection rounds.
You can check the list of colleges you can get with what score and their respective ranking and rating.

can u tell about (ROI) RETURN of investment means what? and. is pay after placement college is good or not ?

Placement varies college to college so it shall depend college wise. Secondly ROI is basically the amount you spend on studying and later are you able to justify the expenses with the placement you get. So its the investment youm put in MBA education and you get it back/return through the placements.
