Solution : Given :
$M_1 =12$
$D_1 =9$
$W_1=20$
$D_2 =27$
$W_2=25$
We know,
$\frac{M_1 ×D_1}{W_1}=\frac{M_2 ×D_2}{W_2}$
$\Rightarrow \frac{12\times 9}{20}=\frac{M_2 \times 27}{25}$
$\Rightarrow M_2 =\frac{12\times 9\times 25}{20\times 27}$
$\therefore M_2 =5$
So, the required number of men to finish the work is 5.
Hence, the correct answer is 5.
