Your query isn't clear enough.If you are asking regarding JEE main then candidates who are in final year can also apply for it however, admission will be given provisionally.JEE main registrations are already over so you cannot apply this year, you may have to appear next year.If you are asking about any other entrance exam then there isn't any specific month in which you have to appear.For most of the exams candidates who will be appearing in the qualifying exam are eligible to appear depending on the eligibility criteria.
