There are four steps for the registration of JEE ADVANCED 2019.
And you have to complete all the four steps, skipping any of the step will lead to the incomplete registration.
So it's important to submit your certificates before examination.

But I don't recieve 12 th mark sheet yet..so what should I do??

As registration has been ended also.
Have you registered yourself or not?
And as I have checked, it's not important to upload 1wth marksheet in JEE Advanced.

Dear aspirant,
As per the guidelines, it is not necessary to upload 12th mark sheet as when you fill the documents online till that time it is not necessary that you get to your class 12th results but yes you have to fill your board exam details like roll no. Or seat no. . By giving these details it means that when your board exam results will be declared then it will be get updated on JEE main results. Hope you find it useful.
