hi,
yes you can definitely go for part time jobs just after completing 12th. however you must have skills to work in any of the organization, for bpo or telecom industry you should have good commend over english or regional language, if you want to work in official works like data entry , report making etc you must have good hands on skills in ms office, excel , power point with good typing speed.

unless you are not getting enough of employment, I suggest you to apply for work from home job, but you must have good internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer. you may check the websites of internshala, lets intern where many of the remote working or work from home job available.

see 10+2 course is very crucial for your career. based on 12th course your future career would be decided. so if you take service right now it may hamper your studies. to earn some pocket money you may do tuition to teach the 5-6 grade students.
