To pass 12th class and get a grouping, you need to score:

Minimum passing marks in each subject.

Your total marks will decide your division/grouping.
For Grouping:

First Division – sixty percent and above

Second Division – forty-five percent to fifty-nine percent

Third Division – thirty-three percent to forty-four percent
-
Below thirty-three percent – Fail
So, you need at least thirty-three percent in each subject, and your total percentage decides your group
