Your question is confusing. More it feels like you are asking for BSc degree and for MBBS too.

For Bsc, you will get admission easily you join any college may be government or private. There you will join on the basis of your marks in your 10th and 12th. If you choose any university then they have their own screening tests and you have to appear it and pass the exam as per their own cutoff.

For MBBS, you can appear for NEET and eligibility percentage is 50% for general candidates. You have to prepare Physics,chemistry and biology properly to be confident enough to write the paper and get a good score which will land you in the position where you will get an admission for sure.Like above 550 to 600 out of total marks. This will land you in government colleges.
