With 134936 rank in NEET and OBC category, it is a bit difficult to get a BAMS seat in a government college . But you may get a seat in a private BAMS college, especially in some states where cut-offs are lower.
Still, chances depend on the state you belong to and the counselling rounds. You can try through state quota and also look for management quota seats in private colleges.
