Riya your query is not completely clear. What did I understand from your query that you want to know that with 165 marks can a general category get a computer science stream in IIT Delhi?

So, Riya let me tell you according to last year records with these marks your overall rank will be in between 13,000 - 13,500 which is not even good enough to get you admission in any of the IITs as the total number of seats available in all the IITs are around 11,000. Although your rank can differ drastically on either side as everything is relative and it changes every year.
