Well, you have not mentioned your category or state or any other information. But yes, you have qualified NEET. However your chances of getting a MBBS seat is very very less. Even it is difficult for you to get admission in BAMS or BDS courses. Nevertheless, attend the counselling. You have following options:

1. If you get a seat allocated, then yes, there is no problem. If not you can go with management seat if you wish to. However, it cannot be said for sure that you will get a management seat.
2. You can choose any other course as well such as paramedical courses.
