Dear Imran,
Just making a small correction to Priyanka's answer. As per the latest information from AFMC pune. There are only 130 seats - 105 for boys and 25 for girls.
There are no seats reserved specifically for backward classes. Hope this helps.
Dear Imran, for becoming a Military doctor, you need to study MBBS in a Military Medical college like AFMC, Pune. There are no set of entrance exams to get into the Military College. Now he admissions into Medical colleges is through a National Level Entrance Exam, NEET. Then there are JIPMER and AIIMS but the exams for their respective colleges. For admission into AFMC, Pune, you need to appear for NEET. For being eligible for NEET, you should have a minimum aggregate of 50% with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects. And then you should fill in the AFMC online applications to seek admission into AFMC. You have to clear their TOELR exam followed by Psychological Assessment and Personal Interview. 105 seats are for boys, 25 for girls and 10 seats for Reservation Candidates.
