I regret to inform you that with such a low score even under sc category its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits.
As all the national institute of the technology are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high closing cutoff for the candidates to get admission.
Either with your sc category rank you take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any reputed private institutes with your desired branch.
