Before proceeding to the Voltage of LDR, you first have to know about LDR, it's type and it's mechanism of usage- LDR refers to Light Dependent Resonance which works on the principal that Photons fall on the LDR excite electrons moving them from the valence band to the conduction band.

They are basically of two types- Intrinsic and Extrinsic type. Intrinsic ones are electron deficient and are doped with Higher electron donating atoms, and extrinsic ones are already electron sufficient and they donate electrons in the conduction band.
