One cannot tell in advance that for which date the jee mains examination for br tougher. Jee mains is designed in such a way so that the difficulty for all the sessions remains the same. Difficulty of an examination depends from person to person, so we cannot tell anything about the difficulty of the examination for your case. And even if it is difficult, it would be difficult for all the students and the percentile would not change much because percentile is a method of relative grading.
