Hii,

If you are getting simple Btech then go for it. Integrated mtech is not worth ed. yes it is a good choice if you have no choice. You can do Btech and then go for M.tech so that your concepts will be enhanced. If you wish only for integrated Mtech then do with more good university. (if possible.)
