The cutoff is subjected to variation every year depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination,the category of the candidates,the difficulty level of the question paper.
This year MCI is implementing EWS reservation in 15 percent All India Quota. But state governments are yet to issue notification for the same under state Quota.
So,to predict whether you would receive any concession on the basis of EWS category is difficult.
However,if we take into consideration,the previous year cutoff you do not have chances in a government Medical College. However,you do have chances in private Medical colleges.
