with your mentioned rank you have negligible chances of getting top NITs but you might get non core branches at the newer NITs ( NIT Meghalaya NIT Nagaland NIT Uttarakhand NIT Goa etc), However with domicile quota you might get non core branches at the old NITs and core branches at the newer NITs as well.
