If you belongs to any sub category of BC, LIKE BC A, BC B, BC C, BC D and BC E. You comes under OBC.
Under OBC Category, this year you must score 72.8887969 percentile to get qualified.
With 71 percentile you are not qualified.
You have to cross the cutoff to write JEE Advanced and also to participate in JOSAA counselling.
Don't get disheartened. however you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP, Etc.
