Assuming you are talking about JEE, With this percentile ,you could get some colleges but how good that college could depends on your category. If you belong to SC-ST,then you could also NITs . To know more which college you could get, you should check this tool:

Hello,
If you get 81 percentile in JEE Mains, and you are general category student so there is no chance to get any NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs.
But you can try for State Government or Private Colleges.
If you get 81 percentile in NEET, and you are general category student so you will not get any Government Medical College, but you have good chances to get Private College.
