93 PERCENTILE IN JEE MAIN APRIL 2019, GENERAL QUOTA.CAN I GET ANY ENGINEERING COLLEGE IN DELHI NCR??

Though you can't get government engineering colleges in Dekhi with this rank but you may get seat in Private colleges if you have advantage of state quota of delhi. The cutoff for home state students are very low in delhi colleges. Else it would be difficult for you to get any good engineering college in Delhi with this percentile.
