see cutoff score depends on various factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix etc, now coming to your score , you have decent chances for nits, however you may know that 50% seats are reserved for domicile candidates of every state, now there is jee main april session is still to conducts, and if the number of students increase in april session, you rank and percentile will also varies according to this.
