You can apply  for Sastra university admissions through stream 1 as you have appeared for JEE.  The admission is based on both board marks and JEE main.  Results. You have very good percentile in  boards,  there is high possibility for admission despite JEE  main results.

The university will release merit list, and based on ranking, you will be called for counselling.

Sastra University give admissions based on two streams. In stream 1 you will be given a sastra AIR based on your jee main score and class 12th percentage this stream covers 70% of the seats in stream 2 the admissions are given based on your board percentage only.

There's no particular cutoff for admission in sastra University the cutoff changes every year. However for CSE your sasta rank in stream.1 should be less than 500 and in stream 2 you board percentile should be more than 98%.
