Your CRL is equal to your AIR.The percentile is actually calculated in the basis of the quality of students and the number of students you are ahead or behind of.So a percentile of 99.85 shows that you are only behind 0.15 people actually sitting in your shift.Thereafter normalisation of score is done taking into consideration the difficulty level of various papers.It means a great deal and lots of effort to score such great marks.Congrats to you on scoring such high marks and Best of Luck.
