I hope you are doing good. I would like to know you that with two vectors having no relation btw them will be impossible to calcualte the B vector on z axis . EIther your query is missing information of neccessary details like the two vector are perpendicular,parallel,having angle btw them or this question is 100 percent invalid.I would suggest you to not waste time on these questions and skim them
