B is S's Aunt and the explanation is as follows

A's daughter is R's sister means R is the son of A and his mother's daughter is his own sister. Since R and S are brothers A's daughter is also sister to S. Since and B are sisters and S is A's son. The relation between B and S is Aunt and Nephew. So B is Aunt to S.
