Solution : Total amount distributed = Rs. 5000
Let the total work be 1 unit.
⇒ Work done by A and B = $\frac{3}{5}$ unit
$ herefore$ Work done by C = $1-\frac{3}{5} = \frac{2}{5}$ unit
The ratio of work done between (A + B) and C is $\frac{3}{5}:\frac{2}{5}=3:2$
$ herefore$ Share of C = $\frac{2}{5} × 5000 = 2000$
Hence, the correct answer is 2000.
