Hello Aspirant,

It seems to me like this is a technical issue. If you have rightly noticed, the registration server was also not working at many times yesterday, wherein you couldn't login. A message showing "exception" error was frequently cropping up.

I would suggest, you login afresh and try to make the payment. Just in case the problem persists, I would advise you to get in touch with AIIMS officials at the helpline number.
