A score of 250 and 91%could get admission in good college but with this score i got rank 2588 And percentile87.1.can i get a college?

Since you have not mentioned your category , i assume you to be a general category candidate. And if we consider the previous year DUJAT cutoffs for a general category candidate , then the maximum rank with which one can get admission in DU is 1k . But your rank is much more than that , so you do not have any chances for any college of DU with ths rank. Try to score a percentile of 95+ next year , so that you can get admission in your preferred ciurse and college.
