    Hi,

    Semiconductors have negative temperature coefficient of resistance. It means that when the temperature of semiconductor increases, its resistance decreases and vice versa.

    Here, as the temperature of semiconductor is cooled from T1k to T2k, the resistance of the semiconductor will increase.
