It will be a situation of no profit and no loss. As when he sells it at 14% profit he earns= 570 rupees (500*114/100).However, when he sells other bag for 14% loss he earns =430 rupees (500*86/100).
Bag A=570
Bag B= 430
implied, total earnings = 570+430= 1000
Hence proved no profit no loss.
