i want to know the complete process before and after counceling
To get admission in any b-school for pursuing management course, first of all, you need to give an MBA exam like CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, CET, SNAP, NMAT, ATMA etc. You can give as many MBA exams as you wish. Then after getting the MBA exam result, you need to fill up the application form of the colleges in which you are interested to do your post-graduation. Make sure you do this before the deadline because some of the college's deadline even closes before your MBA exam's result is declared.
After MBA exam every college in which you have applied prepares a merit list to call students for next round of interview based on your aggregate score which comprises of many parameters such as MBA exam marks, 10th, 12th and graduation percentage, work experience, engineer or non-engineer whose weightage varies for all different colleges.
And after your second round of interview again a new merit list is made which also includes marks of your interview, GD and WSAT which along with MBA exam marks generally have the highest weightage. On the basis of this merit list students are called to take admission in the college.
Then if you want to take admission you need to pay some fees and reserve your seat. Further college communicates you the date of joining and the whole procedure to complete your admission process.
All the best!!
You need to apply the college indivisually according your score if you get shortlisted then you will get the call for interview. Which MBA exam you appeared, If you explain then I can help you more.
