Acc. to NTA ans. key i score 88 marks and 85.04 percentile is my result but acc. to this site i should score 92-94 percentile by this score

Hello Aakirti, looks like you are pretty confused between the percentile scored from different college. But the one provided by the government in their result is the real one wheather you think it's good or not good it just doesn't matter now. If you did not like it then file the complain. Hope this helps!!
